Inside the House
TV
Living room and guest bedroom feature Roku TVs in "Guest mode." You may log into your personal streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) but please log out before departure.
Wi-Fi
Xfinity high-speed internet service is available. Contact the owners if connection issues arise.
Door Lock
Press the lock icon to secure. Entry requires the weekly code; wait for the click sound. Contact the owners immediately if a malfunction occurs.
Kitchen Sink — Garbage Disposal
The disposal switch is located in the under-sink cabinet. Always run water while operating.
Thermostat
The Ecobee thermostat controls heating and cooling. Adjust the temperature by dragging the numbers. Switch the HVAC mode via the menu icon (lower left) > System > HVAC Mode.

- Master: queen bed
- Second room: full bed
- Bunk room: one full bed, three twin beds
- Living room: queen-sized pull-out couch (see video below)
- Extra sheets stored in hallway closet bin

Outside the House
Trash
Dumpsters remain curbside for pickup. Summer schedule: trash and recycling on Mondays, trash-only on Thursdays. Off-season: Mondays only.
Hot Tub
- Cover/Skimmer: Flip the brown cover back over the metal bar. Skim before and after use. A pool vacuum is available for heavy debris.
- Temperature: Adjust via the button. Set to 100° F upon departure.
- Water Level: Maintain one inch above the jets at the marked line. Use the hose from the outdoor shower to refill.
- Cleaning: Professional service is provided on Thursdays.
- Troubleshooting: Contact the owners if the control panel fails.
Charcoal Grill
Located on the back deck. Scrape grates and clear ashes after use. Allow cooling before covering.
Front Porch
Cushions are stored in the furniture tables. Please store them before departure if rain is expected.
